The bot runs under your own Discord application, which you create with your own Discord account. This matters: the application is yours, so the bot's identity, its token, and full responsibility for how it is used belong to you — not to us.
Create the application
- Go to https://discord.com/developers/applications and click New Application.
- Give it a name (this is your bot's product name; you can change the displayed username later with
setusername). - Open General Information and copy the Application ID — you will need it for license activation.
- Open the Bot tab and click Reset Token, then copy the bot token. Keep it private; anyone with the token controls your bot.
- On the same Bot tab, enable the MESSAGE CONTENT INTENT toggle. This is a privileged intent, but fresh applications can enable it immediately — no review required. Without it the bot cannot read commands or relay message text.
Invite the bot to your servers
Use this invite URL, replacing <APP_ID> with your Application ID:
https://discord.com/oauth2/authorize?client_id=<APP_ID>&permissions=1085285071952&scope=bot
Invite it to every server that will host sources, destinations, or your admin channel.
The bot is bound to one Discord application per license. If you later want to run it under a different application, request a reissued license (see Activation and License terms).
What to send us
After payment we need your Application ID to issue your license (see Activation). Nothing else from the Developer Portal is needed by us — never share your bot token with anyone, including us.
